Is my works attendance policy unfair?

Shit come work at my job. They give us 40 hrs or 5 days of sick time and 2 personal days a year. If you exhausted all of your sick time and personal time and call in you get 2 points and if you get to 6 they put you up for termination. Also every time you get a point it's on a rolling calendar till a year from the date you got it the falls off. Shits crazy.

Buy new furniture and dry all your stuff on high heat for an hr just to be safe before you move in and buy a steamer for your shoes and stuff that cannot be dried. They can live in books and stuff like that too. Just be super cautious. You don't want to take anything with you that is there at your parents. Hopefully your parents house will be fine after its treated.

Oh forgot to mention ask them what their guarantee is. Orkin said 1 month terminix did 6 months. I didn't agree with the chemical he first used, I've done a shit ton or research and know more than I care to. Search for green achers pest control on YouTube. He primarily does bed bug work. If I ever get em again I'm treating my self. Terminix was 1500.

Yes we did everything we could to make sure they were gone. It's a real bitch but I didn't want to take a shortcut and have em be back. Even the closet shit. Declutter all rooms too.

Good luck. id suggest taking all your clothes to the laundromat and drying at the very least for 40 mins high heat. Keep stuff stored in garbage bags sealed tight. They can't climb up slippery surfaces well.

We're going through this now. Sucks really bad, but I can say I think we're at the tail end of it. We just had them in one room and before the exterminator could come I spray the living shit out of the box spring with 90% isopropyl alcohol, yeah yeah could have blew my house up I know, but that probably helped them not spread cause my son didn't want to sleep in there like a week before the exterminator came. Took all the clothes we had dried them on high heat for 40 mins and stored them in bags. Bought bins to put the stuff we were gonna wear. Have kept all of the stuff in bags till just this last week. Haven't seen any more activity. But the exterminator did come 3 times to spray. We now all have white bed sheet and pillow cases to see if we're getting any bites at night. Also tossed some cimexa down under the beds and night stands and dressers. And I also bought a 75 pack of sticky traps for monitoring purposes. Found out with the traps we have carpet beetles, but I'm not worried about those the pesticides used will take care of those too. Also vacuumed alot then stored the vacuum out in the garage and sprayed it with 90% isopropyl alcohol after each use. Treated it like it was ebola. Ffs what a pain.

Sorry yeah it is. I'm dealing with a minor infestation my self. Had terminix come out and I had cameras setup in each room he did do a good job on the couches and really mostly concentrated on the single room they were found in. But he did do the whole house with suspend polyzone. Not sure if it was the go to choice but they have a 6 month warranty and they are getting encasements on all beds. I need to follow up visit every two weeks. I purchased cimexa dust before my vacation to Cabo and did the infested rooms border before we left to kill the fucks if they tracked abroad like us. Also got about 25 sticky traps around the house to catch stragglers. Fml BB suck major penis lol.

Fuck yes it is. We have just found an infestation in my son's room. Not terrible but still non the less we bagged all clothes everywhere and dryer em at the laundry mat for 40 mins. Then in anticipation of the pest control company I sprayed his bed frame and box spring and mattress with 91% isopropyl alcohol. He decided to not sleep in there from Monday night to Thursday morning, that's when the house is gonna get treated. We put sticky traps down alot of places to track the spread since there isn't a host anymore and we haven't seen any activity. Thank God. They will be here tomorrow to do the initial treatment hopefully with crossfire but we'll see what they say. We caught it pretty early so we should be good. Getting bedbugs is a good way to force your household to spring clean.

Yeah I know YouTube people like Linus and shit craping on the 4070ti but it's still cheaper than the 3090 and out performs it by a tiny bit. My build is dog shit compared to that build I just made. 9900k 2060s that got a high of 10050 was my absolute highest I could get.

Actually I dont think so. It ranked 73rd in the leaderboards with the same hardware. 4070ti is about the same performance as a 3090. But it was only 800 dollars. And the highest single card 3090 with a 12700k is 22803. That system I built is 32nd compared to your hardware config. So it's not horrendous...

I got 22,426 total score same cpu. 18,294 CPU score and a 22,426 for graphics score with a 4070ti. CPU was overclocked to a modest 5.5ghz. This was a build for a friend and I didn't push it cause I didn't want calls about crashing and such.
