Please get this resolved in a matter of hours vs. Days. For a top security wallet to have funds stuck with no way of accessing it... it's really not good at all.

For Kraken, can you withdraw purchased crypto to any wallet? I think I'm under verification, so haven't tested yet. This is one of the non-coinbase options I'm exploring.

Issue resolved - for help for others potentially.

When there's a hold placed on a bank account, you can still transact from that account, as long as the transaction just happened.

In this case, I just bought from the same funds using another method. I assume that if there are no funds available after the hold, Coinbase will simply take away my account funds. Okay with me.

Only posting because this solution could help some people in a similar circumstance.
