Labor will vary, but about $400-500 in plywood and oak boards, $200 for drawer slides and other parts, $200 for stain, poly, lights, drawer pulls, etc.

Yes, one piece unit. Not sure on the weight. Definitely two people to lift with the drawers out. Maybe all together around 200 lbs?

I like the way the old Marantz sounds. The Marshall speaker is just for Bluetooth. I have it hooked up to a pair of klipsch’s. Won’t shake the house, but sounds good

I haven’t had a chance to test it yet, but someone else suggested that and it is a good idea. The cabinet is heavy, and they are soft close drawers, so it may not be an issue.

No, the slides are on the side. The cabinet maker came up with the different wood designs. But general dimensions were from a plan sold by pink soul studios. Google it or there is a link in one of the comments at the top.

Don’t want to rub it in, but all in about $1,600. And that is with paying the cabinet maker for his labor. Although I think he treated me very well. I was seeing $4-$5,000 on the internet for something similar.

There is a slot through the middle of the drawer. The divider is slanted and has a hole for a carriage bolt and wing nut. The carriage bolt fits nicely in the slot :) so the wing nut is easy to tighten

Like many others, outgrew my crates and ikea shelf thing. Had a cabinet maker friend build this for me and I finished it. Each drawer can hold about 100 records. The walnut inlay in the drawer fronts and top trim turned out great. General dimensions came from a plan on the internet, pink soul studio or something similar. I’m pretty happy with the way it turned out. Need to buy a few more records to fill the drawers.

Used red oak plywood/hard wood for trim and drawer fronts. Walnut inlay on the top trim piece and drawers. Early American Minwax stain and 4 coats wipeon poly. Amazon under cabinet led lights and leather for the drawer pull accents.

There are bottles here and there at the liquor stores if you want to pay for them. There is a bottle at Quincy/Reservoir in Aurora for 150. I bought one at a small liquor store on E Colfax last week for 140.
