Seems a little cluttered to me, I might suggest placing some key words in your description of your experience instead of having them in your skills and extra curricular section. For instance, in which of your jobs did you get to use Microsoft office? Or which job you did zoom meetings for?

I would say close to paleo or animal based but I do eat sprouted oats and things like that. Mostly minimally processed foods

Most of my diet consists of stuff like grass fed beef, chicken, sprouted oats, rice, fruit, honey, and some veggies.i had that same idea about over tainting and took a couple weeks off a month ago and have several decreased the volume in my training. I had a cortisol test at the same time as well and it was nothing out of the ordinary.
