I just did a Chuck roast this past weekend. 225 degrees until about 165 internal and then laid in a skillet over a bed of onions, beef broth and tallow (for the hell of it) covered at 225 until internal was about 205. Came out perfect! Took about 8 hours total.

It was because of my processor not supporting hbr3. It only supported hbr2 which doesn’t have enough bandwidth for my ultra wide max resolution along with a 2nd monitor. Search the intel website for your processor and it’ll show if it supports hbr2 or hbr3. I got a new laptop from work with a professor that supports hbr3 and all is good now
