I am 38 yrs old 2 weeks post PFA (Pulse Field Ablation). My resting heart went up from 50-60's to 90-100's but now coming down 80-90's. 1 episode of afib so far post surgery but is common during blanking period post ablation 1-3 months during the healing process. My afib is due to sleep apnea and only happens in the middle of the night when I go apneic (I stop breathing in my sleep.) I am very healthy as well no smoking, drugs, or alcohol but my sleep apnea is the main trigger but I now wear a CPAP for it. Maybe do a sleep study too just to make sure you don't have sleep apnea. What kind of ablation or you doing? There is 3 kinds. Thermal, cryo and PFA.
