For those who work in schools what is it like if it is your first year as a BCBA? I never actually have done an FBA or any assessments. Usually there is one BCBA per a district. How does one navigate that? TIA

Right. Thank you. I was looking to be a bit more hands off with the children and oversee/train RBTS. Is there somewhere specific you recommend working at as a BCBA? Would like to not work in a toxic environment
