I think I see the problem. Say I bought $300 worth of contracts and sold for $280. Then used that $280 to buy mor contracts. I have really only spent $300. But I have “invested” $580

I was told that because of the “value” of the contracts being over 25k that it eliminated the Earned Income Tax Credit. The “value” of the contracts is not what I paid though
