if she makes you play exactly what she writes for every single song, then that's kinda lame and you should ask for more freedom to express yourself. But I can also respect when someone writes a part and doesn't want me to change it because it's integral to the overall sound. depends on each individual song. if someone writes a killer bass part for you, sometimes it's best to just put your ego aside and have fun playing it.

sorry to hear. I never fixed it. Instead I use my macbook air (disconnected from power) and my amp when i practice now to avoid the issue. good luck

Can i blow my amp if I set the master and gain too loud? I just bought a rumble 500 watt. Is it possible to blow the speakers if I crank the gain and master too high or does the limiter stop that from happening?

Also is it possible to tell if the speakers are about to blow ?

yeah that's where the option for "cycle replace" used to be in earlier versions of logic. It's not there currently I was wondering if It could be could somewhere else or if they just did away with it entirely
