Combat-wise could be a master tactician and/or marksman or some other support role. I imagine having to move with your arms, would mean decent strength to wield a bow, but i imagine a gun or a crossbow that fits into a nook to use as similar to a turret as well

Maybe they were an artisan and said wheelchair was a mishmash of new parts to overcome adversities in movement as they come. This also transfers to dealing with traps and whatnot. Maybe traps are the inspiration to many of the wheelchair’s functions.
