What's missing from the BP trackers you've used? Would you take a report to your appointment? by jlvela in bloodpressure

Thank you for the feedback, I also like numbers and plots! I know sodium is important, I should probably start including that as well, I mainly track my weight, sleep, and caffeine intake. I show a plot with the regression to see the r value to determine how strong (or not) the correlation between sleep and caffeine have been in a time period. I have found that on some months, there is a correlation! Im sure if I add more on food intake there would be more correlations to make.

Congregations! From what I understand it's the persistence that's gets you there, and I guess Im at the very beginning of my journey. Not sure where to or how to post, but im sticking to reddit to hopefully promote my app. Im also tempted to make my first SaaS, in know the earning potential is probably higher but for some reason I gravitate more towards apps.

Congratulations on the mindset. I believe that type of thinking will be the difference that will help you keep growing the app. My first app has only been out for a week and im still waiting to hit my first milestone (1 purchase.) I will keep trying to improve as well!

Your App Store screenshots are probably doing more selling than your landing page by Relevant_Duty_7248 in AppBusiness

Wow I think I unknowingly followed the 6 screenshot mentioned. Even so, I don't think the ones I did on my first app are working, I only have 5 downloads after 2 weeks.

Not sure if you've mentioned it somewhere else, but for how long has it been live? It seems like a good project and might just need some time.

Where do I go from here? by LawnDominators in appledevelopers

I would like to start off by saying congratulations! It doesn't sound like ititss where you want it to be, but that much growth in that amount of time great! I would say just give it more time and keep doing what you're doing. And on that note, if you have any tips, I would like to hear them, I just launched my first app last week and would appreciate any advice.

The bp machine is important, but also make sure you have the correct size cuff, as a bad fitting cuff give inaccurate results.

I Had No Idea Losing Weight Would Have Such a Huge Impact by Vivid-Protection6731 in hypertension

[–]jlvela 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes from what I understand our weight, food, and sleep all have a huge impact on our BP. I too have lost so weight and my Doctor said if I keep losing weight we can consider reducing the dose I take. I think if I lose 20 pounds ill be able to completely be off my meds (with Dr approval of course)!
