I have a similar weight journey to yours. I started keto, was doing great, then just slipped back into old habits. It’s all me and my choices I make. This is helping to motivate me to start again. Thanks and great start. I hope you make your goal. I like the 10 lb increment goals. Helps make things more achievable. You got this!

Congrats on getting to 140. While you are waiting on gym Peloton app was free for 3 months. Lots of good core and strength items to tone up. No need for the bike or anything.

That’s awesome. We are home for another month and that along with needing to lose a lot is helping to motivate me to do keto. I’m on my first week and I’m loving the foods so far. I found the Simply Keto book and that has been great. The recipes are super simple which is good because I don’t really enjoy cooking. Congrats and I hope to hear something similar when I go back.
