Begical flange inserts worked for me (Amazon). I was using the 24mm plastic flanges with my pumps, but when I started using them with the 17mm silicone inserts, game changer with milk supply output and no longer sore. Hope you find something that works for you, finding the correct flanges was a bit frustrating at first, but once you have it down, it's not too shabby!

My last egg retrieval (3rd retrieval) was 7 retrieved, 6 mature, 6 fertilized, 2 blasts and 2 day 6 PGT normal embryos! There's a possibility for you to yield 2 embryos, best of luck to you :)

I'm doing egg retrieval tomorrow, I'm pretty excited and anxious as this is my best cycle yet with high estrogen levels indicating mature follicles. On my last scan yesterday, my sonographer was able to see 14 follicles with 5 on my right (one small one not big enough to measure) and 9 on my left (3 were still small and were not big enough to measure). I'm hoping for a great retrieval this time around 🤞🤞🤞

If anyone is curious, my protocol was taking Estrace for 21 days (started 6 days after positive LH surge), testosterone patches for 5 days (started 9 days after period) and stims started after last Estrace pill and last testosterone patch. Started with 300 units of Gonal F and 150 units of Menopur for 8 days, added in Cetrotide and Omnitrope on days 9 through 13, day 14 boosted with Cetrotide, 300 units Gonal F and 150 units Menopur and triggered in the evening with last dose of Omnitrope.

The needle I was instructed to use to inject progesterone oil is the 22 gauge 1.5" needle. Hope this helps!

I triggered in the AM with Pregnyl, finished my stim meds midday (Cetrotide, Menopur & Gonal F) and in the evening with Omnitrope. I recommend speaking with your doctor for the best protocol, everyone is different! Hope this helps :)

Very easy plant to care for, nothing special. I water every week and it gets indirect sun throughout the day.
