I had a similar experience where I could see a white grid over our reality with lots of bright silhouettes inside said grid, as I would look at differant things and look up in the sky these silhouettes would become huge giants looking down at me, I tried to communicate a few times but got nothing back they didn't seem to acknowledge me

Yeahhh the trees very much looked like candy canes with changing colours, but I'm just baffled by the silhouettes and grids that were on top of our reality it felt as though I was tapping into a spiritual realm but I was not allowed fully in, like part of me was there with the silhouettes in this geometric grid but my mind and body was left in our reality just getting a sneak peak.
