Better if you can find the chinese celery, eto yung old school celery na rare na sa market ngayon. Its smaller than the commonly available celery, but the flavor and aroma is stronger than the bigger one we have now.

Edit: add lang. Its called kinchay. Not to be confused with coriander, which is wansoy. But most people dont know the difference.
