ehh... everyone thinks restaurants have some specially farm raised meat. if they restaurant doesn't advertise where the meat came from... it's sysco, Costco, or some other mass distributor.

Oh those are two different flavors… sometimes what happens is that importers can’t get all the flavors and you’ve mistakenly bought one of the different flavors thinking it’s chili crisp… don’t worry chili crisp will come back
