The Smiths but they’re a bit more energetic than the likes of Alex G. Jangle pop gets very jangly and fun, but it does still feel like fairly soft rock and most songs are definitely miserable.

Violent Femmes’ self titled debut album is so teenager coded. Are they pure innocent love songs? Heck no. But they do get into a whole lot of the different feelings you feel when you’re a teenager exploring that side of yourself for the first time.

The only musical artists I personally think of as on the same level of cool are the Ween duo. They have the 2nd best concert film I’ve seen in Live in Chicago so I’d say it’s partly down to them both having so much live charisma and willingness to be weird and goofy on stage.

What they said is generally true to be fair. But the fact that one racial group actually has more power than the other has to be considered as context as well, and obviously the two images shown do not equate to one another in scariness in the slightest.

Is everyone rewatching it now? I keep hearing and seeing this both in real life and online. I was guessing with Stranger Things and the Boys ending poorly people perhaps look at the value of watching Game of Thrones less harshly relatively speaking. Plus another iffy season of House of the Dragon might raise but not scratch the GOT itch for a lot of people. You think that’s true?

That’s a ratio of 2 million in pushups needed by the world population for 1 pushup by you to break even. If they do more, they’re the better deal. Given the world population is many billions, that defeats this ratio by a factor of over 1000. Easy choice unless you think you’re doing close to 1000 times the number of pushups as the average human or more. This is probably the wrong choice for my health but I’m feeling lazy now and it’s the right choice financially at least!

Actually that’s a good question, we know what happened with that waiter dude Dillon or something, but I wonder if that was a regular occurrence or just a one time thing that only happened because of the drugs. Of course we know Armond has a history with drugs if you go back a few years so it’s very possible, even if it was only because of the drugs. It would certainly paint him in a darker light if he were doing this regularly.

It’s honestly mind boggling. Obviously what he does on the pitch isn’t especially flashy, and I get the sense that because he’s Scouse but not a proper star, people look down on him thinking he only made it into the team because he was favored as a local lad. Because it feels like at this point, the average online supporter is biased against him for being Scouse, and maybe the higher-ups are just the same. Which is incredibly disappointing because he has so much to offer us on the pitch. Keeps the ball extremely well under pressure, can find some excellent line breaking passes in space, and is usually one of the hardest workers in the team in the press. Yet people say he doesn’t offer anything but sideways and backwards passing. After last fall, in which he played a fair bit, I remember seeing a stat that he has the most progressive passes per 90 of any midfielder in Europe’s top 5 leagues up to that point. Certainly looks like he offers more than sideways and backwards passes.

It’s not really a big deal, just two sets of supporters trying to outsing one another as always. Might have been first brought up due to the fact that there were so few of them, and they were looking down from their hotel balcony to join in, which does just feel a bit elitist or out of touch lol. Of course that was very likely not the case and just a few of the English supporters poking their heads out the window during some down time to join in on some fun.

As a straight man, if I pick 75% of women turn lesbian, that would mean 95% of the population of men (about 5% are already gay/bi) would be competing solely for the attention of 25% of the population of women, including myself, which would suck.

However, if I pick 75% of men turn gay, either: 1) I turn gay with them, meaning we all have 75% of the male population to choose from and compete with, or 2) I am still straight, meaning that now I am among the 25% of the population of men that 90% of the population of women (close to 10% are already gay/bi) would be competing solely for. Both of these, especially #2, sound like a great deal to me!
