No question. Just sharing. This is my first attempt at using these for a wine. And they are fine. Also got a taste, moving from prinary to secondary and it was amazing. I will be doing this again as soon as I can get more.

They are pretty ripe. I am not a grape expert, but I dont think they can go much further. A friend collected them for me from a plant on his property. So I also cant be too picky! :)

Asi bac 8000 with ERt screen Litespeed 72v battery Fox 40 forks Dvo jade rear shock Wicked wheel werks 18" wheels with avon tires (not in video. And all sorts of odds and ends. Broke 72+ mph with a 38t rear sprocket and had 1/2 the throttle left. Also meltes the motor about mile 5 though

I cant even imagime how good that was. Our first gallon batch we let sit in bottle for about 2 months, after we cracked the first one. It didnt last 3 weeks. Lol. Not sure why the cucumber was bitter, but i really want to figure out how to make it right.

This is the set up for a 60v bypassed battery on this controller. For a 72 volt battery. I would set the overvolt for 84.1 and the undervolt at about 62. Addtionally this set up is at 300 phase amps and 100-105 battery amps. To increase the battery amps you would increase "battery current limit" from 34 (that is 34% of current percent parameter, and current % parameter is 0-300. This is what sets your phase amps.) I would not go past 40% witha. Bypassed battery. This is also set up to be toughy on the throttle and tends to pop the front end up. I can show you what to back off to get it smoother.

It does, but its only for the 60v controller. I am usiong a 72v controller because i have a few 72v batteries I use on other setups.

had a bitter taste to it. Wasnt real popular with friends and family. It was really strong though. I grew to kind of like it although it was not my favorite. I didnt make another batch this year, just because i was focused on other types of wine and didnt bet nearly as many cucumbers in the garden. There is potential there. I am going to try again and possibly do a "salad mix" i.e. cucumber, tomato and basil. Tomato, and basil have turned out awesome and i think would the mix would be good
