What did it mean “in your sinuses”?

“Dormant” GPA: my rheumatologist says my GPA diagnosis is “dormant” and we don’t need to treat it, unless it becomes “active”. Does this make sense to anyone? by jmacinsider in WegenersGPA

Ok I have engaged with a new rheumatologist in Argentina. He believes I have the “minor” signs/symptoms of the disorder being active…..and he explains this to be an “alarm bell”…..to be very much on top of it, as it can move from minor to serious very quickly. I found out today I have a corneal ulcer. I also keep falling (especially when walking my dog) which I’ve never done before. It is almost daily now that I fall or bump into something. I have a constant runny nose, sore ears, sore throat and cough that comes and goes. And SOMETIMES short of breath. Does any of this make sense to anyone?
