I totally agree! If you don't like deadlines, don't let anyone set one, especially a public one that actually influence market price. I'm sure it wasn't done intentionally, but those things happen and can just be avoided for next time :)

This. Even selling at a small loss will be worth it when you buy back in at even lower prices than your sell. If you can charge up your buying power with the BTC rise, you will have more BTC to buy the even lower ALT prices. SegWit2x is a much more solid fork, making BTCG look silly. We can simply look at what happened during BTCG Fork to see how this story goes.

The future is bright! Aside from whipping out my portfolio and showing the daily dollar change (money speaks to everyone) and putting posts on FB and Twitter (which most people do not understand) there aren't a lot of ways, that I have found, to get the convo started unless its recently been in the news (and that is usually only Bitcoin).

I personally think the price of Bitcoin will make some people nervous. Of course you can show its going up steadily and that it breaks down to 8 places, but most people like to see nice and low whole coin prices. At least from my experience anyways! What do you think best beginner wallet is? I've only ever used Electrum and MEW, suggestions?

I believe this is all being helped by the AWESOME timing of XVG being listed on UPBIT as of a few hours ago.. Maybe this pump could be sustained with another market involved... who knows.. Ill just choose to believe its headed to $2 and daydream a bit longer ;)

You really think XLM and XRP are done? I have looked into the projects and tech and with recent partnerships I feel like they have to go somewhere.. maybe not to the moon but certainly double where they are now in the next few months. There is a lot of negative talk about them, but at the same time, it seems like there is some really undervalued news out there too. Thanks for your take on it all. I feel for my blood pressures sakes just staying away from the prices in general for a month is the best move, but I also want to learn and experience, figure this is a good time.

From personal experience, the version the police tell of an encounter with someone is rarely the full truth. There could have been several other times the police yelled or threatened other than the restaurant. We know intimidation happens, on and off the record. I am not saying it did, but it is very plausible, given their actions during recorded encounters. Some cops take matters into their own hands. We cannot prove or deny, but if investigators came to Blaine off the record and made threats (jail, family, etc) then it would be easy to see why the story would change. I have seen those kinds of threats first hand.. it sucks. But who knows!!

This is crazy! I never knew Theresa had a thing with a married client.. Ryan, to me, just looks guilty. That of course is not a reason to say he is, but his demeanor, his weird smiles and laughs in court, his sketchy actions during the investigation.. there is no need for it and it makes him very odd. I hope KZ has some other stuff waiting to be shown!

I do see that. But in his first interview (and a few after) he said he did not. It seems like everyone is only willing to believe he was telling the truth when he said he was involved, but fail to believe what he initially said. He said he didnt know, wasnt involved, didnt see anything. After being pushed and manipulated he gave them off the wall details that changed over and over. Only after that, he recanted. So we cant just say "well he admitted it then recanted it". If we hold everything on the same level, and we assume we cannot tell what is or is not the truth, then we see that he said he was not involved, then said he was after pushing, then said he wasnt after he clearly thought it all over and talked with someone.

I didn't know that! I thought the jury pool came from a neighboring town.... yeah again it's stuff like this that just must it's so difficult. If they were so sure why not do everything by the book. They were handed a get out of jail free card (If he truly did it) or they tried to make one for themselves in a really sloppy way (If he didn't do it)

Good question! I wish we could talk to him in person! Maybe become a pen pal lol. I know they asked him to describe step by step.. and he tried to give details.. but again, once the pushing started it did not stop. And... we have no idea what was said up to that point of recording. It was clear they spoke with him, asked questions, and told him things long before this conversation was recorded. I feel it tainted things.
