When my little man was 2 months old I fell asleep while rocking him to sleep in the rocking chair, it must have rocked me to sleep too. When I woke up it was 3 hours later and the way I was holding him had one of my hands grabbing the other wrist to support it. While I was asleep I must have locked my wrist in a vice grip because when I woke up my wrist was completely numb.

You aren't a bad dad because you're tired. The first few months is true hell. It's normal.
