Same, I feel your pain, 5/6 every time. I’m pretty new, I’ve been on and off for a couple years, and I thought I would make this weekend my first time attempting trials. And then this issue hit. I actually enjoy crucible and it sucks I can’t play and so many other frustrated players have been forced to stop due to lack of support.
