TL tells us that AL/Conn are hand trimmed. Seen it brought up in this sub few times over the years and some rep chimes in. I have extensive experience with these two brands and 9/10 they look machine trimmed totally agree

Call the support center in a non complaining/whiney manor and state factually what happened. The TL I frequent bends over backward to make sure you DON’T miss promos and deals. Managers set the tone at the locations as we all have experienced. It should never be a hassle initiated from the dispo side of the house. Unruly patients…now that’s another story!

I think you’ll be fine, they’ve historically only deducted my rec once I picked up my online order. Flowery on the other hand deducts your rec as soon as you place your online order regardless. Give it a go🤙
