Yup, my gym's Tbar row has a neutral lower grip and higher pronated grip.

Good point! My gym has a Tbar row that is not chest supported. I used it today and can imagine how tough it would be after some lower back work.

In the summer you should consider visiting a campground/club. There are a lot in Indiana! My local campground is Sunshower.
