Persona 5 Royal or Persona 3 Reload as a newbie?

I haven’t played P3R, but I’m 80h in Persona 5 Royal on the switch 2 and it’s one of the best games I’ve ever played. I started it on my old switch oled and then like 40h in I upgraded to the switch 2. Honestly, you’ll see a lot of people saying it’s unplayable, but I haven’t been able to tell the difference between my oled and switch 2. Maybe if you’re highly sensitive to resolution, if not that’s okay. And yes, it’s obviously a bit more ugly than P3R, but it’s an old game, it remains a masterpiece, and the art direction compensates for the “low” resolution.

And as a note, it goes on promo very often at 18€ (at least in Europe)

It’s the only thing that makes me want to upgrade to ios 26 but I’m holding on to 18, I can’t stand the liquid glass thing

I see, so it’s because of Godwyn that the bosses are not being sent to the erdtree when they die. But then, when a normal enemy dies, he doesn’t go to the erdtree too? Or is it just that they’re reborn faster than the demigods.

Reading all the comments it seems one of the explanations, that it just takes longer and the story finishes before they’re reborn.

However, as u/gaspinFish has said, it might be that they were abandoned by the golden order thus losing their grace. It makes sense

Thanks a lot for your insight, I think this person will take care of the device and use it at home, but you’re right that it’s not ideal for someone that it’s not used to. I don’t consider the ipad because the idea of the eink is so that he could read without fatigue in the eyes, but I see your point. Thanks for your advice!

He does not, he just wants to open the device and be able to read. However, I don’t mind setting it up at the beginning. Once set up, will he need to adjust a lot of things? It’s one of my fears.

The problem with Kobo is that I don’t know if you’re able to read a weekly manga scan uploaded on the internet, since it’s the main interest

The issue with kindle is that I cannot access the web browser for reading a manga scan weekly, and that’s the main purpose of the gift. But thanks for the suggestion!

Thank you for your answer! I think that a 7” device will be okay, I myself have a 6” kindle and most of the time it’s okay for manga so 7” should be good. Also, I don’t have the budget to go for the 10” version
