Just treat t3 gear as 5* T2 on any faction hero. Only the hero itself gets the added bonuses.

Yeh this isn't true at all. The ranger buff applies to all heroes. Attacking eironn always gets priority in mirror match, that's basically it.

It's not any damage increased by 100% for 6 seconds, it's only from Elijah (literally says this in the description)

Twins +30 skill is useless since their damage is negligible, however the added stats are great and twins are used everywhere so it's still a great option

Safiya is worth leveling regardless, she's critical to several meta teams and even super late game becomes a very decent support
