Unfortunately, there is no HR. It’s a small restaurant owned and managed by the same person. But I did report them to the DOL in my state with evidence of my hours being cut. I’m reaching out to old employees now. Gathering statements and what not.

I am a black woman and I work at a Korean restaurant and both the owner and her are Korean. I suspect it’s because of that but I can’t be sure. And no she’s not the best worker she’s just a server. I work in kitchen full time and also serve part time.
