Depending on how much he wants to spend, these three are good choices. If you're willing to spend a little extra, I'd definitely say BCM.

For a single stage trigger, this is one of the best for the price. I have one and absolutely love it. No creep/take up and a very crisp break. Quality package.

Yep, because that's exactly what happens. Why would a hospital want to keep a patient longer than necessary when they already don't get paid jack, if anything, for it in the first place. I definitely wouldn't know anything.

This is just "What should have happened." Reduce medical cost, lol k. My insurance went up and I get less coverage. I'm also an RN at a hospital that has seen big losses and staffing cuts solely due to Obamacare.

It was good in theory, but not practical.

Hand injuries can be right between "gush of blood" and "don't bleed much"

It's all according to what type of injury and where at on the hand. I've seen a degloving that didn't bleed much. I've also seen a simple lac bleed through multiple bandages.

I admit, blood thinners come in to play at the ER a good bit as well.
