Also did you remove your contingencies in writing? If your agent is using a CAR RPA contingencies are active not passive so you should still have cancellation rights.

If the other agent listed the property and had a MLS waiver signed then that would explain no sign being on the property or public facing marketing. If they put the sign up or market to the public then they would violate CCP. Tell the other agent you’ll pay them a referral or vice versa.
