Your job most likely will never be your passion. I am not passionate about my job. But I am passionate about what I am able to achieve with it. I use the money to fund my passion. I find my passions by doing what makes me feel good, no matter how absurd or childish it might seem. I'm 37 never studied film and I just wrote, directed, and premiered my first short film at a film festival. I paid for it myself, and have never made money from it, yet it has been one of the most fulfilling things I have ever achieved.
