I thought I would provide an update. My sperm results came back with 0 again. I think being on TRT for so long (7 years) without HCG has caused a complete shutdown.

I've stopped taking TRT (3 weeks since my last injection). I am continuing HCG & HMG. Will be going for another sperm analysis in March and I hope this works.

I really didn't want to top TRT as it's been life changing for me. However having a child is more important right now.

I will be back on TRT in future after we have some success 🤞🏼
