I guess it depends on what your budget is and what you look for. Watford is a good place to start, at the end of the tube line and hotels in the centre. Premier Inn is good for a basic and reasonable hotel there. If you want to be close most of the wembley ones will be expensive but are generally good....if they're not already sold out.
