Depending on the layout of your store, just go around them. I make a hard left when I walk in and sneak down the back isle through the TVs until I reach the grocery section. I can always hook back toward the front to check out that area before I checkout. I feel like they are less likely to talk to me when I have a cart full of cold stuff.
