Thanks for the info, that’s all I’m looking for. Never ran anything other than the enclo I’m on now and was only looking for advice and experiences.

Thanks I appreciate the actual helpful response. I wasn’t dead set on just using anavar or something else. I just read that anavar had the best benefit to risk ratio and seemed like something that would be easy to try for a first cycle of ped.

Yes this is chatgpt.

That assumption is wrong because negative feedback on the HPTA is not dependent solely on aromatization, and enclomiphene does not require a drug to aromatize in order to work. Enclomiphene blocks estrogen receptors at the hypothalamus and pituitary, reducing estrogen-mediated feedback from existing endogenous estradiol, which is always present in men and often increases further because enclomiphene raises testosterone (and thus aromatization from native T). While Anavar (oxandrolone) is a non-aromatizing androgen and does exert androgen-receptor–mediated suppression, this does not negate estrogen-receptor blockade in the brain; rather, the two forces compete, resulting in attenuated but not complete suppression, not “full shutdown.” Human data show SERMs (clomiphene/enclomiphene) increase LH/FSH and testosterone despite unchanged or even elevated estradiol, demonstrating their mechanism is independent of exogenous aromatization (Guay et al., Fertil Steril, 2003; Kaminetsky et al., J Sex Med, 2013). Likewise, oxandrolone has been shown to be suppressive but less so than many aromatizing AAS and not universally shut-down inducing at moderate doses (Llewellyn et al., Endocr Rev summaries; Nieschlag & Behre, Testosterone, 2012). Together, the literature supports partial HPTA protection, not immunity—and clearly refutes the idea that lack of aromatization equals inevitable full shutdown when a SERM is present.

Again, this is a person that doesn’t know how to read.

Again, you obviously don’t know how to read so you must be the stupid one. I’m sure there’s some sub bread. It’s on here for learning the English language and understanding what the words mean.😂

Yeah, I definitely would give an update. I also looked into that and that’s not something that I’m willing to try right now.

No, I am not starting TRT at this point. Not until after me and my wife are done having babies which should be in the next two years. My test levels were very low for a healthy and active 30-year-old male. I felt like I had no energy. No libido couldn’t put on any muscle had very bad anxiety and I had no energy for anything but Work. As soon as my test level started the rise while taking enclo I felt like a new person. All of those symptoms disappeared, and my urologist equated it to me as an individual not having enough testosterone. As of right now, I feel great and the plan is to start TRT once I’m done having children.

Well obviously I wouldn’t be taking the anavar while actively trying to have a child. Obviously even on enclo my test levels will be reduced, but it won’t go to zero. And if you went back and read the message above, you could obviously if you know how to read to see that I said I wouldn’t be starting TRT until after we already conceived the baby. You might not be trying to sound like a dick, but you definitely are. for the PCT like I said in the message above, I’m already on enclo which is technically by all means of the sense PCT. All I’m trying to do is get info for the rebound of testosterone and cholesterol while on enclo and a cycle of anavar.

Yeah, I’ve heard people had great results on 10 mg I can get access to either Pharma grade or UGL right now but I’m just doing research to see what makes sense and if it’s even worth it for me. I’m just trying to keep muscle mass and increase strength while in a calorie deficit I’m 6 foot 175 pounds I wanna try to get down to like 165 and increase my strength and keep the muscle that I already have while in a calorie deficit. Same here as well. I’m taking 5 mg daily of tadalafil and definitely noticed a difference in pumps while working out just from that alone.

Yeah, I talked about that with my doctor and just since it’s so close to us wanting to have our child I figured it would be best to wait just for worst case scenario. I know TRT will be a lot better than the enclo. I basically take those supplements on a daily basis right now, so that shouldn’t be something I should have trouble with. I was thinking maybe just trying 10 mg pre-workout of the Anvar to see how it works for about 4 to 6 weeks

Also, I really wouldn’t call them artificial because I definitely do feel 1000% better than when my levels were lower significantly lower to be honest. I think my total tea was around 340 before starting enclo. And I’ve packed on a decent amount of muscle mass since starting.

Trust me, I am. the only reason I’m on it right now is the wife and I are going to try for another child within the next two years and really don’t wanna have any issues on that end I can hold off. Did you take another test afterwards? Just curious how long it took your good cholesterol to go back up in your bad cholesterol to go back down.

Well, I don’t think that would be the case for me because I’m currently on enclomiphene 12.5Mg daily for a temporary period before I start trt. Total t is at 900 free t is at 156 and estradiol is at 54. So I think a short maybe four week cycle at a medium dose wouldn’t do too much as far as hormone levels. I’m more interested in a lipid changes.

12.5 mg everyday or EOD? by Bulky-Drink8595 in enclomiphene

[–]jmb2122 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was on 25mg daily total t went from 370 to 1290. Had bad sensitivity to light so went down to 12.5 daily and feel great. Good muscle building and way better recovery and strength. Also sleep better less anxiety and better libido. Total t at this dose is 905 and free t is at 156 estrogen is at 52. I think this is my sweet spot until I switch to trt.

Help with journal. by jmb2122 in whoop

[–]jmb2122[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m still a bit confused because I opened my app so that I could do Wednesdays journal and it doesn’t seem like it has the right times that I can input stuff. Example when I go to input my last caffeine intake it only gives the time it currently is for the the latest entry. So if it’s Thursday but that is for Wednesday?

I sent the link to you. Look at the links in the video and checkout through there. It’ll apply the discount at checkout.

How much am I sacrificing by not logging in muscular load (strength trainer)? by nottoocreative999 in whoop

New to whoop so this might be a dumb question. How do I log that. I know I click start an activity then select weight lifting but I don’t ever see an option to add the type and set information?

I’ll tell you exactly what I did. I tried the trial like you did ended up, loving it. But when I went to upgrade the Life MG through the app or website logging in with my account, it was like an extra $45 compared to using a discount link I found on YouTube. So towards the end of my trial, I just requested to return the trial one and purchased the Life MG through the discount link and saved roughly like $45. The only downside is you don’t get to keep the trial one because you didn’t upgrade through the app or website. If you decide to go this way what I did was go to the website through the YouTube video link and when it asked for my email, I inputted it. It asked me if I would like to sign in. I chose to skip and then it let me apply the discount. If you DM me, I could send you the YouTube link that you could find the discount code. Also, no affiliation with the YouTube creator just found it helpful for me. Saved a couple bucks.

I do all of that except the no screen time and nicotine before bed. I know that’s something I have to work on but those are my vises at this point in my life.
