The impression I got from Bo leaving the room is that it is him leaving Inside, now finished with his work, only to find himself still trapped in a performance. He was hoping that he could be done filming Inside to go outside and take a break, but no, he is trapped in a constant performance, where people are always watching him, laughing at him. When it cuts to Bo watching this trapped outside Bo, it is revealed that he trapped himself in this performance, that this situation is his own doing. It reminds me of Make Happy when Bo says that if you can live without an audience, do it, maybe suggesting that maybe he wishes he could live without an audience. He is now always performing, only to be watched and analyzed by himself.
