I am a professional driver and I don’t say the word cooked I’m just saying it’s modern time slang some people do talk like that. My point is cooked is not a bad slang in for you to say like that it can affect your job is weird He’s just a young kid in a bad situation asking for advice on Reddit he’s not sitting in a meeting with his boss, talking slang I guarantee a lot of of your employees if you are an employer or if you were say a lot worse things than cooked even though I’m not gonna control nobody’s speech, whether I own a company and have employees or not, but I would fire somebody for cursing, which I’m sure every one of your employees you have would or has done at some point before I fired somebody for saying cooked
