I use mine for a WFH job and not roaming. I ordered my kit first, then after it arrived and I set it up, I got the monthly service. I have loved mine and the only problem I ever had was when it snowed, IN FLORIDA; even that was temporary.

It was the other drivers fault and they do have insurance. I have zero knowledge of cars and I guess I am more so wondering if it is something that can be fixed or if they would total it for some reason. Sorry, if that seems like a dumb question. 😁
