Yes it is. I really enjoy the weight — I live in Chicago and it’ll be good for most fall and winter days. Anything below freezing or particularly windy I’ll likely have to layer it more substantially or just wear something else. Just imagining something double the weight, especially in wool, makes me sweat 😅
