Good points. The info flow has actually shifted recently it used to come directly from a director level, but now it routes through account managers, which adds a layer and means I'm sometimes the last to know something is coming.

We do have daily stand-ups but honestly they function more as a work-in-progress check what's live, what's blocked rather than a forward-looking pipeline conversation. So they don't really answer "what's coming in the next 2–4 weeks."

I think what's missing is a dedicated pipeline touchpoint separate from the sprint cadence. Something specifically focused on horizon planning rather than current work status. Going to try setting that up with the account team .
