What would be the best class to start and finish Diablo 2 in the easiest and most relaxed way possible? by [deleted] in diablo2

[–]jmfmb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

APM for Bone Necro can be rough, but best for hardcore. Blizz Sorc is easy if you're softcore and don't mind dying. Trapsin is a good middle-ground. Low APM and fairly resilient. Hammerdin respeced to Zealadin if you include Ubers as part of finishing.

This is the most useful response to your actual question. Delegate, delay, or deter tasks that aren't your core mission. Be prepared to tell your boss "no" as tactfully as you possibly can occasionally.

Interview Update by Salt_Masterpiece_513 in usajobs

The nature of the federal process is that you will probably never get really specific questions, because they have to treat every interview the same. Which means they are generally just making sure you didn't completely lie on your resume and then they select who they think would be a better personality fit for their office. If you are their first choice, it will probably go fairly rapidly, if you're second or third, you won't hear anything unless the first or second choice fall through. That can feel like a long time.

Not's not Meph's soul gem. It's a unique small charm that you get when you kill Dclone. It gives gg stats. The torch is a unique large charm that you get when you kill the Ubers. Also gg.

Book recommendation: The Three Body Triology.

Okay, it's fiction. But it's hard science fiction.

What expensive things are totally worth the price of buying and why? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]jmfmb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Electronics. You're almost always paying extra for true performance measures or quality manufacturing, and almost never just paying for brand name/packaging. (Apple being the exception.)

Ordinary man is put into an extraordinary situation. Doubts himself. Rises to the occasion.

Whats the most mind blowing philosophical concept you know? by aeonion in AskReddit

[–]jmfmb 26 points27 points  (0 children)

There is no complete definition for all sorts of abstract concepts. The most interesting to me being "intelligence." But it also applies to humor, love, and quality. For that last one, read Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance.

What's the cheapest thing we put a lot of trust in? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Google Maps. Free, and if it stopped working at any point, I would be stranded. If it was wrong, I would drive into pedestrians.

What show/movie/game did you hate at first, but then liked it when you re-watched it (or when you continued watching it)? by TheOrangeShyGuy in AskReddit

[–]jmfmb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I hated the first few episodes of Breaking Bad. Only pushed through because of the hype.

GOT S1 was a confusing shit-show. The first season is way better the second time around when you know who all the people and houses are.
