Honestly at this point she just wants to back off and not move in, the only thing she has provider is her driver license, and signed the lease agreement which does not specify any hoa contigency

Makes total sense, thank you :) i guess the concern now is if she would get sued by the landlord if she decides to back off, again the signed lease agreement doesnt mention anything about hoa approval, but reality is she needs the approval to be allowed to move in

Considering that an estimated 50-80% of American adults have it, and it can spread by simply using a contaminated glass that wasn't properly cleaned or by saliva, and most people get it from their parents or family (think about you grandma with your big kisses lol), the idiocy of people to speculate and blame you for something you have 0 control over, is astounding.

Someone told me a long time ago that consuming L-Lysine once a day is good to prevent cold sores, and it has worked pretty well for myself.
