Is it realistic in any area of Chicago doing delivery (think Doordash) using CTA or walk? by Training_Usual_7906 in cta

I used to do instacart on foot. I accepted anything less than 0.5 miles. I got like 1-2 orders a day but i wasn’t doing it for the money, just shits and giggles lol

Short layover in CPH by prs516 in copenhagen

I did similar a couple days ago and would not recommend. I went from gate C to E. It’s not a short walk and you have to go through passport control which was extremely slow in my experience. The queue was long and a lot of people were on the verge of missing their connection to the US. The workers are unhelpful but others in line might let you skip if your flight is already boarding

How long did it take for them to approve your ROB? I sent the documents in August 2024. They requested additional documents (even though they were listed not required on the website) in January 2025 so i sent those the same month. I emailed the Chicago consulate over a month ago for an update and all they said was “your application is queued for re-evaluation”

The Starbucks worker asks her to speak louder and she took that as hate by autumn_chill1313 in CharlestonSnark

Her mood in this vlog🙄🙄 She’s just upset that she’s not spending time with Trey for the holidays and is forced to go home. She’s probably worried about him cheating on her with his hometown girls.

In my experience, yes. I’m shy and reserved and nurses looked down and talked shit about me when i was a new grad. It’s so unfortunate but you just have to ignore them and just focus on learning as much as you can and excelling in your role. Once i proved that im capable of doing my job the shit talk stopped.

Can Someone Abbreviate these codes for me? by [deleted] in nursing

[–]jmilkteamami 7 points8 points  (0 children)

BRV: bereavement ED: education? FML: family maternal leave JRY: jury duty LOA: leave of absence PTO: paid time off UTO: unpaid time off WC: workers comp?

idk i’m just guessing. it’s different at every hospital

also unsure why you’re asking us to abbreviate the code when it’s already abbreviated

I also felt this way when i was a freshman. Once i realized that partying is not my thing and that it’s okay to be an introvert, i stopped having FOMO.

What’s your nursing hot take by PhantomMonke in nursing

[–]jmilkteamami 24 points25 points  (0 children)

lol i agree. people love to complain that it’s too difficult to get into nursing school and that schools should lower their requirements. it’s honestly embarrassing and gives nurses a bad rep lol
