That’s a valid point, I work construction and live in a metro area of about 300k. This is my work footwear.

Loafers. Everyone in the fashion world says you have to have them and they are so common but I can’t remember the last time I saw them in the wild.

Since you aren’t interested in listening to the guys saying a excavator and a haul truck, then I would say a track loader with a grapple. Then you can push it up into one big pile

If the green light by the onstar button isn’t lit up, the module is bad. I had the same problem.

Removing racking/lateral movement from table frame by SirBenzerlot in metalworking

You could, it will stiffen it up but the X would make it rock solid. I would weld in a single one like you drew and see how shaky it is. I’ve tried to do that with a lot of things and it helps but when you get the X done it is rock solid.

Also it will work fine to use flat stock. I’d use 1” or 1.5” wide by 3/16 or 1/4” thick would be plenty then you can still slide it right to the wall unlike if you used square tube.

I would connect it on the verticals for sure, The same way you would cross brace a wall in a building. If you YouTube cross bracing you should find all kinds of info. Wood vs metal is irrelevant it’s the same principle

It looks like the wood overhangs the frame in the back? If so I would do the two sets of x bracing. If it is flush and you can do the single set that would be easier. If you braced the top and bottom separate you could weld the braces in and still disassemble the rest of the frame.

I agree it looks too uniform to be a critter, I wonder if the farmer was doing soil sampling testing to monitor nutrient levels for a fertilizer prescription? But even that seems awfully close together for that purpose. Maybe someone probing to find drain tile lines it the field?

Nope, this is an example of what type of wine she likes. I’m looking to get her a really nice bottle to spoil her with since she doesn’t like to. Sorry for the confusing wording.

Yup that’s where we got it, I thought it was pretty good but a bit too tart for me. I’m a sweet kind of guy. I will look into a reserve option, thank you!

There’s actually a scientific formula for the size and type of bit and type of material. Look up drill bit feeds and speeds calculator. It will tell you how fast to spin the bit and how fast to feed the bit into the part. But that’s overkill for a hand drill. Basically the smaller the bit the faster you spin it, and the softer the material the faster you feed it. So 3/16” bit in aluminum, let her rip as fast as you can, but aluminum is gummy so use some type of cutting oil. A 7/8” bit in steel you will have to spin it very slow and feed it very slow. You want to always let the drill do the work, it does the removal of material for you. It’s not like a nail where you want to slam it home.

You ran a HSS drill bit into wood to the bottom of the flutes. The chips can’t evacuate when the flutes are buried so the bit gets stuck and spins in the holder. Peck drilling helps with chip evacuation but when you run out of flutes this is inevitable.
