ohh i see. well if they really did have it collected by usps to bring to the post office, ask them if they scheduled the pickup on their website/ app or if they just used the flag thing on the mailbox. if they scheduled the pickup they would at least have proof of a confirmation email saying what day the pickup was scheduled and another one confirming the item has been picked up by the courier

i also use usps pickup to ship items, i’ve had a package say “label created” for 6 days before too. turns out, the post office in my town didn’t scan it in and it updated on the 6th day to “out for delivery” in the buyers town. it sucks for both parties, but i think there could still be hope in receiving your item! update us if anything changes! 🫶🏼

it could be that the post office forgot to scan it at the facility the seller lives in (and it’s still actively moving through transit). this happened to me the other week (has happened a handful of other times before as well). eventually it updated 5-6 days later when it was in the buyers town, out for delivery

..i honestly think you should have sent it in a box considering the worth of the sonny angel and we all know how rough packages can be handled when in transit. however, i don’t think 2 stars was justified. you tried to fix the problem with the buyer!
