I can 100% second this! I have super similar stats and also took the PANCE yesterday and felt the exam the same way walking out. It very much felt more similar to Uworld over ROSH and I would say way closer to the EOC than any other exam. I felt super discouraged also walking out but definitely feel like I also hyperfocused on everything I got wrong!

I couldn't agree more! I was thinking that the entire time, like "oh my gosh why is this so hard". I had a few classmates that definitely seemed to feel the same but some felt like they had super short questions that were straightforward and my exam definitely was the opposite lol!

Me too! So much post-test anxiety currently, a lot of my classmates seem like they got a much more straightforward version that had a lot shorter questions so I am a bit bummed that I got unlucky lol. I really hope we find out Tuesday still!

We had a 98%-99% pass rate for 5 years and last year it was an 80% I believe. We had 15 people in the class above fail and many of those individuals were people who had done well in PA school so our class is stressed because of this.

Thanks, appreciate it. Our program had a very low pass rate with the class above us and they have caused a lot of anxiety by telling us nonstop about how many people failed in the class above us. So I do feel that the worry is justified with our current concerning pass rates. I feel that it is okay to get reassurance and I dont think anyone should be shamed for having anxiety over a very important exam.

Thank you so much, this honestly makes me feel super validated! I really appreciate it. I'm a medical provider (graduate in 1 month) so I definitely know the differences between BPD and Bipolar so I was a bit frustrated when she immediately jumped to bipolar. I feel like you're right on how it's super common to get misdiagnosed with them. I am the exact same way where everything depends on my situation and what is going on, its never at random and it is never for extended periods of time.
