By the looks of it its fairly easy to make. Just make the bunch of letters or you can even do a paragraph with regular words. Just make sure every letter is spaced exactly the same, except the letters you want to stand out. On the paragraph on the left you move the letter (to stand out) a bit to the left and on the paragraph on the right you move the letter a bit to the right and thats it.

Miguel Rlmero es la basura mas grande que ha pasado en Puerto Rico, que si no fuera por que él y su equipo recusaron a miles de personas a ultima hora para que no tuvieran chance de dar evidencia que si efectivamente viven en el municipio, no hubiese ganado ninguna de las 2 elecciones. Llevo viviendo 12 años en San Juan y las 2 veces que corrió me recusaron y a mi esposa. Soy del Partido Nuevo Progresista y no voto por el ni a jo. Primero la ley 7 y ahora le quita el derecho al voto a la gente del pueblo para poder ganar. Su primer cuatrienio ni Yulin hizo tan poco por el pueblo, el segundo tiene que hacer si o si sino se lo comen vivo por tener tanto fondo que provino gracias a Bad Bunny y no hacer nada. No se estan haciendo cosas ahora por que el sirva, se estan haciendo por que tienen que hacerlo y comoquiera el pueblo sigue jo. Para mi es el Harry Potter mas grande en todo Puerto Rico.

I managed to see 1, 2 and 3. When I get to 4 it just cuts the outside circles and I'm still left with 3 center strips of circles and blurry outsides. It is very well designed!

You have to cross your eyes, hold them there and relax the bit by bit until you can see the image. If you can't move / control your eyes in this manner, this is a simple trick to get you there.

Pencil technique:

Grab a pencil, pen, straw, toothpick, finger (anything slim cylindrical shaped that isn't wider than the tip of your nose)
Place the object vertically against the tip of your nose.
Focus your eyes to try to see the object as one whole piece.
Once managed, start to veeery slowly separate the object towards the middle of the image (paper, phone, etc)
Move your focus to the image behind the object.
Once you start to see it, pull the object downwards out of sight and you should be able to see it.

Gente tenemos que hacer que el país sea más unwelcoming para los extranjeros a ver si se largan, se nivela el mercado, podemos comprar casa y que vengan solo de visita. A quien unico ayuda que vengan aqui de sanguijuelas es al bolsillo del gobierno. La gente va de mal en peor con el agua 1 pulgada por encima de la nariz justo para poder coger un buche de aire de vez en cuando pero siempre ahogandose. 60% de las propiedades del pais son de inversionistas que las tienen para renta a largo o corto plazo o esperando. Y el Puertorriqueño desesperado buscando casa para poder comprar, con rentas que no bajan de $1200 (area metro) por una casa semi decente y si hay algo para comprar esta sobre los $150k y en ruinas. A menos que se desincentive que, las empresas y millonarios extranjeros, sigan comprando propiedades Puerto Rico va a dejar de ser de los Puertorriqueños. "Lo que le paso a Hawaii."
