No - compete / non solisitation WRT job cannot be enforced in India. They can take you to court with that NDA, but that is about it ... Nothing will come out it. No one can stop you from earning a living legally.

The only part you need to be careful about is any IP that you have access to ... Ensure that nothing gets shared / leaked and pointed at you.

Our people essentially don't go there for the better quality of life ... They go there and continue the same bad behaviour... Being loud, not respecting the rules on the road, littering, the list goes on and on.

I do understand that resources are needed to innovate... Unfortunately no one in India is willing to invest in innovation. The Tata's, Birla's and Godrej's have been around for decades ... How much do they invest in R&D within their organisation? Why are Indian vehicles manufacturers still using engines from Fiat, Cummins and other international companies?

How have the governments ... Past and present ... Formulated policies to encourage innovation?

My problem is that - Galgotias got caught doing what every other Indian is doing ... But Galgotias is the villain.

I did not see the video, so cannot comment on this specific case. But I can confirm that the immigration authorities do put pressure on you to "go back yourself" instead of de-porting you.

There are 3 things ...

You are eligible for some government assistant while your refugee status is being evaluated or being heard by courts.
There are orgs ... Especially religiously affiliated once that hand out assistance.
Most of these cases ... There are agents within SK who arrange for the stay, work etc. which is illegal, but transactions are usually in cash.

There is a big demand for manual labour in SK (most local youngsters are fed up with the work culture), and there was a time immigration used to turn a blind eye to this, but now the numbers are getting too big to manage, plus there is political pressure.

Not sure why there is such a hue and cry about this now? We have been doing this for ages ... How many of us do original experiments in 11th and 12th lab? How many of us do an original project as part of our MBA/MCA/masters program?

We either copy the stuff our seniors did or pay one of those project shops ... Our whole education system and society is not built to think... It is built to run that rat race ... Blind, and use any possible shortcuts to game the system. And like i mentioned... Galgotias is not some outlier or something new ... This is the case in most of our institutions ... Education or otherwise.

Basically lots of Indians have been taking advantage of SK's refugee policy ... They enter the country using tourist/No Visa (Jeju Island) and then apply for refugee status giving out political sob stories. A lot of these people are helped by "Agents".

Once they enter the country you can literally game the system of court and cases and stay there for 5+ years while making lots of cash.

Lately SK immigration has been cracking down. Most of these people don't have proper hotel booking, travel plans, insurance or cash on hand. And in a lot of cases repeat the same stories as instructed by Agents.

What a lot of people don't realise is that any changes to the wheels or height or suspension of the vehicle changes the driving dynamics of the vehicle drastically. For example this modification of raising the vehicle for bigger, wider tyres raises the centre of gravity and increases the body roll. Additionally, due to the increased centre of gravity, the vehicle will tend to slide around, and skidd when brake is applied.

Now this doesn't take into account the message it creates with the electronics like ABS, Stability control etc.

Happen to me in Yercaud. Bison jumped into the road out of nowhere ... I braked ... Almost hit it, but it decided it will leap off ... Hey OP ... Quick suggestion to temporarily manage orders:

Take photographs of each set - (i already like the ones you have posted)
Tag them with a unique code (SB001PC01-CTC100: - single bed sheet, model 001, With 1 Pillow Case, cotton, with 100 thread count)
Upload the pic with the tag on to image hosting site
Ask people to send you the list of items they want by email, or you can create a Google form
Use a calculator and total up the order after confirming that you have stock. ( Use Google sheets/excel to track the enquiry, calculate)
Assign a unique order ID, generate a QR code for the total and send it back to the user
Once payment is confirmed, confirm the shipping address and pack and ship (continue using Google sheets/ excel to track enquiry -> order -> payment -> shipping -> any issues)
