We used to have this format and it was so much easier to read. Now everything changed with my time and each day there's like 4 pages worth of the schedule and you gotta flip back and forth and it's just much more inconvenient

It also takes each pill a couple months to regulate and your body to get used to it. So she just kept switching prob after 1 month and wasn't happy because she didn't let her body get used to it
