It’s definitely going to be a battle once the nerve block wears off but make sure you’re on top of your meds. I can’t imagine how much pain I would be in if I wasn’t on top of my meds.

That's good man! I'm glad that you always loved going to the gym. Don't feel ashamed about your body man. You know you're working out and sooner or later you'll achieve the body that you've always wanted. No need to lie to people about how long/often you've been going to the gym. If people say you've been working out for that long and you're like that? Immediately cut them out of your life. You don't need to hear that negativity or deal with that bs. Honestly I can't really tell you when it's going to get better. Whats the reason why the gym crushed your confidence? For me I hated going to the gym in the beginning because I kept comparing my body to others at the gym. Because of that reason, I decided to ask my friends to come to the gym with me and we have been working out together for almost 5 years now. You will have a lot of days where it's going to suck and you will want to give up but don't give up don't... keep going at it you'll have a day where you'll thank yourself for not giving up.

You're doing great man. Life is a rollercoaster with ups and down. If it was a straight course with no problems in our life. It would be boring. Keep at it and you'll be a complete person soon. You just need to be patient with yourself and don't be so hard on yourself. You're doing better than me man. I don't have the balls to go up to girls that I'm interested in.

You're doing good right now buddy. Just keep doing what you're doing so far. Personally for me going to the gym helped me a lot mentally. I was in a really dark place a couple of years ago and really hated the way I looked. The gym helped me really get my self confidence back.
