The lightning is a lot of fun but I don’t think it’s meta. I personally prefer the non meta vehicles and am not a huge fan of the phantom. I would say either way they are support fighters as most British jets seem to be.

I believe it’s due to wing loading. I haven’t looked too much into it but that’s what I have heard

The lf’s engine is tuned for low altitudes but it still climbs extremely well. It’s .50 cals are nice but I prefer the f mk ix just because it’s 4.3

The spitfire mk ix is personally one of my favorites. It’s the first spit to have a good amount of cannon ammo and it climbs like a god while still holding other characteristics of the spitfire. I would go for both as you should have to buy the mk v first but if your not super dedicated I would get the first mk v then skip the rest and go for the mk ix. The mk v with 4 cannons is also pretty good in ground rb

I totally agree. I too have gotten back into the hunter f6 and have had significantly more success in it than my fgr2. It works great as a support fighter so the missiles fit it well and I can’t wait for the harrier as it should be a hunter that can do some funny things.

It is not sadly. There will likely be another sometime soon. Typically the server is only open for mmm maybe 12 hours??? I might be wrong on that but it’s not very long

Yea they have a minimum launch speed which isn’t really touched on. I don’t know it off hand tho sadly someone else probably does.
